houston marathon weekend

As participants in the Athletes With Disabilities program of the Houston Marathon since its inception, athletes and guides from across the country take the course each January.

Team Catapult hosted 19 athletes in 3 AWD categories in 2026.

Participation with Catapult includes:

  • Full marathon or half marathon entry

  • Optional We Are Houston 5K entry

  • Sighted guides and support runners

  • Swag bag with exclusive singlet

  • Race weekend social events
