Mission Statement
It is the mission of Team Catapult to facilitate a lifestyle of health and fitness to physically challenged individuals. We strive to motivate and unite communities, proving disabilities don’t limit an athlete’s capabilities.
About Us
Team Catapult removes barriers to sport for athletes with physical disabilities through funding, training and inclusive programming that make athletics accessible from recreation to elite competition.
Founded in Houston in 2015, Team Catapult addresses the financial, physical, and social barriers often limiting access to sports. Athlete grants, weekly assisted workouts, guide training and community outreach promote physical and mental health and inclusion.

Athlete Grants
Athletes with physical disabilities often face financial barriers to sport participation. Catapult’s athlete grants help offset costs including adaptive equipment, coaching, travel, lodging, and competition expenses.
Nearly $500,000 in athlete grants have been awarded since the program’s inception in 2017.
