Friday, January 17th
5K & Sunday Race Packet Pickup
10AM - 6PM | Convention Center
Packet pickup at the George R. Brown Convention Center expo. Guides are encouraged to pick up athlete packets if possible. A copy of the confirmation email and absent participant’s I.D. are required.
There is no group packet pickup for Catapult.
Team Dinner & gear pickup
6 - 9PM | Gristworkz
Optional team dinner. Non-alcoholic options are available. A food tab will be available for participants and volunteers. Drink tabs are on individuals.
This is the earliest chance to receive your Catapult swag bag.
Saturday, January 18th
5K Packet Pickup
6:30AM - 7:30AM | Starbucks @ Hilton Downtown

Race day packet pickup is available from 6:30AM at Discovery Green. Guides should coordinate meetup and travel logistics with athletes.
There is no group packet pickup for Catapult.

7:50AM - 8:00AM| Discovery Green
Pushrims and handcycles corral at the front and start at 7:50AM, sharp. All others self-seed based on your desired finish time or pace. All non-wheeled runners start at 8:00AM.
Chair & cycle Valet for Sunday
5K Finishers: 9:30AM, Hall C, Grand Rotunda
All others: 10:00AM, behind Convention Center (Chartres St. @ Walker St.)

Volunteers will unload equipment and provide a security permit. A permit is required to access the back area of the Convention Center. You will have to walk around the entire convention center without it.

The AWD meeting is mandatory for athletes and guides. Bernie will lead the meeting to address questions and concerns related to race day. If you or your guide/athlete can not attend contact Bernie as soon as possible at btretta@gmail.com.
Following the meeting, receive your Catapult swag bag!
Sunday, January 19th
Chevron Marathon & Aramco Half Marathon
5:00AM - 5:30AM | Convention Center, Hall A
All AWD participants should meet at the Convention Center, Hall A, no later than 5:30AM. The entire AWD corral will be escorted to the start in two waves: 5:45AM or 6:00AM.
Athletes and guides should coordinate race morning logistics with each other. Please let us know how to best assist.
